Summer Camp Activities with Students

After the two years of strict COVID 19 regulations, Srushtidnyan started their activities with urban children once again.

It was great experience to interact with students between 13 to 16 years. The activities started with slideshow on Biodiversity followed by quiz on it. Students enjoyed the game of passing water through spoons and participated in the discussion on water conservation. To understand the process of waste management at micro level Tell Tale’s Tail group discussion activity was conducted with students. And the best part was handmade paper making from wastepaper (Raddi). Students enjoyed all the sessions very well and participation was great.

Few observations after the interaction with students.

1. All the students have smart mobile phones. (Which they kept aside in the session and immediately peep in to it in the break)

2. All the students want more offline, live activities.

3. All the students wants to hear and see and do more practical in the sessions.
