नाचणी लावू – नाचणी खाऊ / निरोगी राहू – समृद्ध होऊ !

High in Calcium! Organically produced Finger millets from the farmers of Kundi village, Devrukh and Patan, Satara. It was purchased by a group of women from Jawahar Nagar, Khar; all of them were parents of the students of Climate Ambassadors Mumbai-Stockholm project in Anuyog High School prepared various nutritious food products. On 22nd July 2017; Srushtidnyan as a part of Climate Ambassadors Mumbai-Stockholm project to promote finger millet had put up a stall of finger millet products at the parents gathering at The Somaiya School, Ghatkoper. All the products were sold out by getting a great response from the parents of The Somaiya School. This was the first attempt of these women from slum area of Khar coming out and collectively promoting finger millet products as a healthy food for the children.
